Very satisfied, all round efficiency. The only downfall was long wait for delivery as BMW would not release the car because of a fault in the boot, it took four months to get the part. That, of course, was not the fault of the salesman or the garage.

Darren Nicholls always takes great care of us. He keeps us updated with new cars which resulted in us buying the new X2. He is always interested in us as people and not just chasing a sale. Very professional but friendly and takes great pride.

The broken part was fixed on the mirror but the outer casing had a mark on it where the mirror was hit by another car. A bit of t-cut would have removed the mark but they didn't bother to clean it

This car was recalled for theEGR cooler which was faulty. The team were running late so we had no shampoo and valet.

Tammie was brilliant and handled a slightly complicated situation with professionalism, good humour and patience. Unusually, I also meet the service engineer Lee who clearly knew his job and was equally friendly and helpful. Well done to both.

Very much appreciated having a 'while-you-wait' appointment for this recall. Work was completed in less time than expected and a general car-health check was included.

There was no-one on the front desk when I arrived to drop off and collect. When I picked up the car, the representative took payment and said goodbye. There was no discussion about any of the amber warnings that were identified on the paperwork.
